We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were exceptional, including a Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna room. The hotel's location in the heart of the old city was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served in our room and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The service was impeccable, making us feel at home with personalized attention. the luxurious room had exclusive amenities, including a private terrace with stunning views. the garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was perfect for soaking up the sun. the in-room breakfast served with a smile in the morning was a great start to our day. the restaurant had delicious Italian cuisines and a romantic ambiance.
This hotel is located in a lively area, so it can be a bit noisy at night. the soundproofing of the room was excellent, and we were still able to sleep soundly.

The hotel was nicely located in the historic part of town, which made it convenient to explore. the room was spacious and had comfortable beds. the bathroom was well appointed and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast was delicious and served in-room. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. the restaurant offered delicious Italian cuisine.
The hotel lacked a private pool.

Being in Sirmione over Easter was wonderful, and the location of the hotel was excellent as it allowed us to be within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. the staff was also very friendly and helped us with all of our requests, making us feel welcome during our stay. the breakfast was good and we enjoyed having it served in-room for added convenience.
This major drawback put a damper on what could have been a great experience.

The staff is exceptional. Luxurious rooms. Delicious food. Perfect location in the city center. Professional and friendly service. Excellent breakfast. Beautifully designed rooms. Comfortable bed.
Can't fault the property.
